I want to connect a device without a graphical interface

Connection to the Quantic Telecom network requires identification on our captive portal https://auth.quantic-telecom.net/. If your device cannot access it (for example because it does not have a screen), you must open a support request on your personal space by indicating :

  • the MAC address (or physical address) of your device. It is composed of 6 bytes separated by colons (for example: 5E:FF:56:A2:AF:15) and is usually found on a label behind or under your device
  • the brand and model of your device

    We will then be able to connect it manually to the Quantic Telecom network.


I don't have access to Internet Connecting multiple devices to the Quantic Telecom network I can't connect to the Wi-Fi network
