I want to delete my account and data

If you are a former customer of Quantic Telecom, you are entitled to request the deletion of your account and your personal data, by opening a ticket in the "Support" tab of your customer area.

However, we are legally obliged to collect and keep all connection data for 1 year, for traceability reasons (Article L34-1 of the French Post and Electronic Communications Code).
