If your wall socket seems faulty, you can ask us to replace it by sending us a photo. If the damage is confirmed, we can send you a repair kit comprising a new plug, a bracket and a screwdriver.
To replace your wall-mounted network socket, you need to cut the cables flush with the old socket (once it has been removed from the wall) and follow wiring diagram B (i.e. the orange and white cable should be on slot 1, the orange cable on slot 2, the green and white cable on slot 3 and the green cable on slot 6 - the other cables should be on the slots corresponding to their color).
